Supports media relations, journalist pitching, press materials, storytelling, newsletter and web content, social media, editorial calendars, and communications planning for a philanthropic social-impact initiative. Partners with grantees and internal teams to identify compelling narratives, strengthen brand visibility, communicate impact, and maintain a consistent voice across audiences and channels.

Develops product positioning, messaging, sales collateral, enablement materials, campaign content, competitive intelligence, and launch plans for TED@Work offerings. Partners with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve enterprise B2B go-to-market execution, pipeline generation, deal support, adoption, and retention. The role also delivers sales training, website content, battle cards, case studies, and cross-functional GTM initiatives.

Conduct industry research, build prospect lists, manage inbound leads, and perform initial outreach to identify partnership opportunities. Support Partnership Managers with proposals, pitch decks, RFP responses, media plans, and creative concepts. Coordinate pricing, specifications, inventory, CRM updates, campaign handoffs, ad operations communication, creative QA, troubleshooting, reporting, recaps, and renewal strategies.

Own and architect TED's back-end systems (Rails/MySQL) to ensure scalable, secure, highly available services. Lead design of web services and APIs, drive CI/CD, testing, observability, and team code quality. Mentor engineers, refactor legacy systems, collaborate with product and stakeholders, and experiment with new technologies and AI-enabled workflows to meet demanding SLAs.
