Lead marketing measurement, analytics, and research to inform acquisition, engagement, retention, and ROI. Build attribution models, dashboards, and automated reports; analyze member and campaign performance; run market research and competitive intelligence; partner cross-functionally to ensure data quality and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations and strategic planning support.

Leads the credit union’s risk-based internal audit program, including audit planning, outsourced provider management, fieldwork coordination, issue remediation, regulatory examination support, governance reporting, and internal control enhancement. The role develops audit strategy, reports to management and the Audit Committee, conducts selected audits, and matures the internal audit function. It is an individual contributor position without direct reports.

Lead enterprise strategy execution and transformation, build and run a Strategy & Transformation function and PMO, align investments to priorities, drive governance, prioritize and deliver strategic initiatives, provide internal consulting, and develop performance analytics and executive reporting.
