Administer, maintain, monitor, and provide operational support for a secure, multi-tenant Kubernetes Platform-as-a-Service environment on Linux. Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security compliance, and performance by troubleshooting workloads, networking, storage, ingress, and infrastructure issues. Administers Jira Service Desk projects, workflows, automation, permissions, and custom fields. Requires active TS/SCI with polygraph, 20 years of systems engineering experience, leadership experience, and a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.

Responsible for engineering, integrating, implementing, and sustaining Delinea privileged access and secrets management tools in Linux environments. Serves as the Delinea-on-Linux subject matter expert, supports large Linux clusters, troubleshoots distributed systems, and develops automation using Python, Bash, APIs, infrastructure-as-code tools, containers, and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborates with security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to meet mission security and compliance requirements.

Manages configuration control for developmental and operational systems across their full lifecycle. Establishes and maintains development, testing, and production baselines; recommends and uses automated configuration management tools; develops tailored CM plans, policies, and procedures; and performs change control and configuration audits.

Develop, maintain, test, and enhance complex software systems using Java, Python, and AWS. Responsibilities include algorithm development, large-data processing, real-time systems, automated functional and system testing, software problem resolution, requirements analysis, cloud prototyping, and collaboration with systems engineers in an agile environment.

Develops system requirements, architectures, designs, integration and test plans for mission-focused autonomous dataflow systems. Leads technical design, resolves complex dataflow routing issues, conducts feasibility studies, integrates new systems into operations, and creates technical documentation and repeatable procedures. Advises government stakeholders and ensures technical integrity of engineering deliverables.

Applies systems engineering principles across the full systems life cycle, supports government technical coordination, communicates with program stakeholders and executives, and ensures the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of deliverables across ISO/IEC 15288 technical, project, enterprise, and agreement process areas.
