Administer Windows Server environments, plan migration from VMware to AWS, and develop IaC with CloudFormation/Terraform. Implement containerization strategies for Java apps, configuration management, and security controls across on-premises and cloud. Monitor performance and optimize systems.

The Database Administrator is responsible for maintaining database integrity, security, and performance; managing user accounts, optimizing performance, and coordinating architecture changes.

Manage cradle-to-grave prime and subcontract administration including procurement, deliverable submissions, audit-ready file maintenance, LOF/LOC tracking, negotiation support, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination for DoW contracts (FFP, T&M, CPFF, CPAF).
