The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Director of Creative Strategy and the Quince creative team to produce creative assets across multiple channels. Responsibilities include creating graphics and videos for the Quince brand, working on social media marketing needs, concepting ad variations, using data and analytics to guide design decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Develop and implement data strategies to support business objectives, analyze large datasets, deliver presentations to senior leadership, and maintain dashboards for tracking business metrics.
