Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and end users to define problems, create information architecture and interaction models, prototype solutions, and guide implementation. Apply and evolve design systems while using AI tools such as Claude and Figma Make to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, iteration, and collaboration.

Own the end-to-end customer experience for a product category across phone, SMS/chat, and email. Resolve customer issues, identify recurring problems, analyze patterns, and recommend systemic improvements. Serve as the product and customer-experience authority, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve satisfaction, response times, accuracy, and operational processes.

Own Quince’s global organic social strategy, channel architecture, team, measurement, and operating cadence. Lead performance reporting against revenue and growth outcomes, build platform-specific testing programs, scale short-form video, and establish content operations across major social channels. Partner with Brand, Communications, and Community teams while managing agency and freelance partners. The role requires strong creative judgment, social analytics and attribution expertise, team leadership, and hands-on execution for a high-growth consumer brand.

Provides empathetic, accurate customer support across chat, email, phone, and social channels. Resolves issues, guides customers on products, uses service platforms, meets response and productivity targets, and identifies recurring friction points. The role requires strong ownership, adaptability, brand representation, and calm judgment while working onsite in the Toronto office.

Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, sourcing, fit, technical, materials, QA, creative, and vendors to accelerate development cycles, resolve issues, maintain accurate systems, and achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets. The role requires ongoing travel to factories, including up to four days per week on-site.
