Supports daily accounting and financial operations, including vendor and customer invoicing, purchase orders, AP/AR reporting, bank and GL reconciliations, U.S. payroll processing, year-end close support, and financial reporting. The role requires strong experience with U.S. accounting operations, payroll procedures, QuickBooks, NetSuite, ADP, and Microsoft Office, along with accuracy, organization, and availability during U.S. business hours.
