Leads Nearmap’s ANZ Mid-Market and SMB commercial sales strategy, performance, and growth, with a focus on net new recurring revenue. The role manages and develops Account Executives, establishes sales processes and KPIs, coaches teams, coordinates cross-functional GTM execution, sets regional targets, and represents the segment across the organization. It also requires strategic planning, change leadership, stakeholder influence, and expertise in geospatial, imagery, and analytics technology.

Provides technical pre-sales and post-sales guidance for geospatial imagery, 3D, and AI products. Leads customer discovery, solution architecture, tailored demonstrations, integrations, onboarding, and expansion opportunities. Advises technical and executive stakeholders, supports API and custom application strategies, liaises with Product and Engineering, coordinates custom aerial projects, represents the company at industry events, and mentors junior Solutions Engineers.

Manage a large portfolio of public-sector SaaS accounts from onboarding through renewal. Drive adoption, retention, customer advocacy, and expansion by acting as a trusted advisor, identifying churn risks, managing renewals, resolving escalations, and partnering with Sales on upsell opportunities. Maintain account intelligence in Salesforce and use customer data, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer outcomes and lifetime value.

Manages the accounts receivable lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, cash receipts, account reconciliation, billing discrepancy resolution, and customer inquiries. Maintains accurate aging records, audits accounts, posts payments, investigates differences, and provides management updates on customer balances and collection efforts. The role also performs general accounting, administrative, reporting, and data-entry duties while maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships.

Leads the accounts receivable department by supervising and developing staff, overseeing collections, reconciliations, financial reporting, quality assurance, and performance management. The role supports general ledger and accounting analysis, improves workflows and cash flow, implements accounting technology, and develops departmental policies, procedures, and training materials.

Own government product solutions by defining requirements, prioritizing delivery backlogs, analyzing product metrics and customer insights, and partnering with sales, engineering, marketing, and customer success. Build expertise in government workflows, geospatial technology, property assessment, public safety, disaster response, and related use cases. Engage customers and ecosystem partners, identify opportunities for product improvement and growth, and translate business needs into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.

Own month-end close, group consolidation, statutory financial reporting, variance analysis, audits, tax and transfer pricing matters. The role manages intercompany reconciliations, accounting standards research, internal controls, and reporting process improvements while partnering with finance teams, auditors, tax advisors, and Australian revenue authorities.

Lead Nearmap’s global legal function across ANZ, North America, and Europe. Advise executives and the board on legal risk, governance, compliance, disputes, M&A, privacy, and strategic transactions. Own global commercial contracting, intellectual property, outside counsel, and legal spend while building a high-performing in-house team. Negotiate SaaS, licensing, reseller, data processing, vendor, and procurement agreements across jurisdictions, and partner with commercial, finance, people, and operations teams.

Owns ANZ insurance marketing strategy, pipeline generation, account-based experience programs, ABM campaigns, event strategy, sales alignment, and regional adaptation of global campaigns. The role targets insurance carriers, MGAs, and insurtechs, manages account-level pipeline performance, directs BDR and SDR sequencing, and provides market intelligence to global campaign and insurance strategy teams.

Lead B2B digital campaign delivery across North America and ANZ, managing paid media, email, events, webinars, ABM, creative trafficking, tracking, and quality control. Analyze funnel, conversion, and attribution data to optimize ROI and pipeline contribution. Manage paid media agencies, maintain UTM and Salesforce campaign governance, and coordinate with marketing automation, RevOps, sales, growth, and reputation teams.
