Run regional account-based marketing (1:1 and 1:Few) for AECO and Government in ANZ. Build joint account plans with AEs, adapt global content for local accounts, act on intent signals, own field events and budgets, coordinate BDR/SDR outreach, and report on program ROI while partnering closely with sales leadership.

Manage a mid-market portfolio to drive retention, adoption, and growth. Serve as trusted advisor across onboarding, renewals, and upsells; identify churn risks; collaborate cross-functionally; use Salesforce and analytics to scale engagement and improve customer outcomes.

Support GTM Finance with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and commission management. Own commission calculations, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting. Partner with Sales Ops, FP&A, Accounting, Payroll, HR, and Legal to ensure accurate incentive plans, compliance, and operational process improvements. Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support for GTM leaders.

Lead the design and implementation of Nearmap's web platform, manage delivery, and collaborate with marketing stakeholders while ensuring high code quality and team support.

Serve as the internal SME for roof and exterior measurement standards, evaluate photogrammetric and AI outputs, define QA/test cases, map carrier workflows (Xactimate/Cotality), advise product, operations, and GTM, and support analyst training and vendor QA during REM commercial scale-up.

Lead global A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation for the Nearmap website. Build testing roadmaps prioritised by pipeline impact, maintain GA4/GTM data integrity, design attribution models linking web behaviour to revenue, create performance dashboards and reports, and partner with UX, growth, sales, and senior leadership to drive measurable pipeline outcomes.
