Lead Monzo's Board & Executive Hiring function to source, assess and hire C-suite, Executive and Board leaders. Set strategy, partner with Board and People leaders, coach a small executive recruiting team, shape succession planning and organisational design, and improve executive assessment, compensation and candidate experience.

Lead and develop a team of ML specialists to deliver production ML systems for fraud and financial crime. Set priorities, ensure model lifecycle practices (development, deployment, monitoring, governance), partner with Product, Risk, Engineering and Data, and raise standards for performance, explainability, reproducibility and observability while building an inclusive high-performing team.

Lead a distributed engineering organisation across multiple European markets, develop senior engineering leaders, partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute European strategy, shape market expansion, localisation and regulatory approach, drive alignment across teams, design scalable operating models, and help validate product-market fit while balancing short-term delivery and long-term strategy.
