Leads a three-person IT team and manages daily IT operations, employee support, SaaS platforms, device management, access administration, onboarding, offboarding, and technology adoption. The role improves ticketing, self-service, AI tooling, automation, and IT processes while partnering with Security, Development, and business leaders. It requires hands-on support expertise in a SaaS environment, strong communication, and practical decision-making.

Build and deploy AI-powered automations across the business. Partner with teams to identify opportunities, redesign processes, integrate systems through APIs, and launch scalable workflows using LLMs, agents, and automation platforms. Provide frontline support to restaurant customers via chat, email, and phone; troubleshoot product issues; deliver basic product training and create materials; identify customer needs and product opportunities; track recurring issues and report bugs; collaborate with the Support team to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
