Work on an AI-native Strategic Projects team to turn prototypes (LLM gateways, proxies, sandboxes) into production-grade services. Focus on hardening, observability, security review, operational tooling, customer integrations, and closing long-tail bugs and failure modes to ensure reliability and maintainability.

Design, build, and maintain internal infrastructure and shared engineering services. Improve observability, CI/CD, and automation, operate cloud-managed services and VMs, participate in incident response, and collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to enable data-driven decisions and scalable systems.

Lead frontend architecture and platform work for a unified web console: design app structure, cross-origin auth and session infrastructure, shared UI/platform abstractions, testing strategy, developer workflows, and tooling. Partner with Account Executives to drive APAC commercial expansion: qualify and close complex deals, lead discovery workshops, demos and POCs, design and implement solution architectures, develop code/integrations to unblock customers, and feed regional product and GTM insights back to engineering and product teams.

Work with product-minded engineers to turn AI-native prototypes (LLM gateways, agentic systems, proxies) into production-grade services: hardening, observability, security reviews, integrations with reference customers, and operational tooling to ensure reliability and maintainability.

Lead resolution of high-severity post-sales technical escalations: reproduce complex bugs, perform deep-dive debugging (networking, packet analysis, pprof), run customer calls, and produce engineering-ready handoff packages. Monitor patterns, create runbooks and tooling, and partner with Support and Product/Engineering to close the loop.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for paying customers, owning escalations through resolution. Troubleshoot complex networking, VPN, SSO, and Kubernetes issues; manage ticket SLAs; mentor Tier 1; collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve root causes and improve the user experience.

Manage and grow an existing book of accounts by driving renewals and upsells, educating customers on product value and new features, creating mutual action plans, forecasting revenue, and collaborating with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Product. Participate in recorded customer meetings for training and quality improvement.
