Partner with Ashby’s largest enterprise customers to drive adoption, health, and long-term value. Own ~20 strategic accounts (> $2M ARR), configure product solutions, deliver trainings, build multi-threaded relationships, use data to spot risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes and scale playbooks.

Design and implement user-facing features by combining strong visual design and frontend engineering. Improve and extend the design system, ship production-quality UI in TypeScript/React, collaborate with product engineers and customers, iterate quickly based on feedback, and help other engineers improve UX.

Manage renewals and subscriptions for startup (≤100 employees) customers across the Americas. Lead pricing and negotiation discussions, execute renewal processes, maintain contracts and CRM records, generate order forms, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, and identify expansion opportunities to drive retention and growth.

Lead Ashby’s GTM Systems & Tools team to architect and manage the revenue tech stack. Own systems strategy, data governance, integrations, and process automation. Mentor a small technical team, run UAT and deployment cycles, partner cross-functionally with Finance, Data, and Engineering, and optimize workflows to scale revenue operations for $100M+ ARR.

Own full sales cycle for Mid-Market accounts in Eastern/Central Americas: prospect, demo, close new logos (> $50k ACV) and drive expansion. Self-source meaningful pipeline, manage a dozen+ active deals, maintain real-time CRM updates, and collaborate asynchronously with a product-led, analytics-driven GTM team.

Design and implement polished UI/UX features end-to-end: wireframe, design system work, and production code. Collaborate with Product Engineers, iterate quickly with user feedback, and improve the in-house design system to scale consistent, flexible components across the product.
