Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, software licenses, DPAs, NDAs, and enterprise contracts; advise on IP, data privacy/security, AI terms, and regulatory matters; develop policies, playbooks, and processes; and deliver practical in-house legal guidance to balance business objectives and legal risk.

Lead and grow a senior Application Security engineering team; define AppSec strategy and roadmap; engage deeply on threat modelling, security architecture, agentic/AI-native tooling, SAST/SCA, vulnerability management and automation; embed security into the SDLC, coordinate with leadership and partner teams, and represent AppSec externally for compliance and customer interactions.

Own growth for a core product area end-to-end (acquisition, activation, adoption, retention). Partner with product, engineering, marketing and GTM to design growth into the product, build acquisition loops, define measurable outcomes, and rally cross-functional teams to hit funnel and activation metrics.
