Partner with engineering, design, data, clinical research, and executives to translate clinical standards into scalable tools for dietitians, physicians, therapists, and AI agents. Own product execution from discovery through launch and iteration while maintaining high clinical quality.

Serve as operating partner to the CTO, VP Engineering, and EPDA leaders. Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, agendas, decision materials, OKR reporting, leadership cadences, vendor spend, procurement, renewals, and budgets. Drive cross-functional security, privacy, compliance, and audit-readiness initiatives while coordinating offsites, events, and communications. Build systems and use automation and AI tools to improve organizational efficiency, information flow, and executive follow-through.

Own end-to-end analytics for a business-critical function, including data models, pipelines, dashboards, and strategic insights. Own strategy, business development, and revenue-generating relationships with 5–10 leading health plans. Design and negotiate innovative agreements, including value-based care models, expand access and rates, build executive payer networks, and represent Nourish with VP and C-suite stakeholders. Translate payer insights into product, clinical, growth, and operational strategies while coordinating cross-functionally in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Lead strategic and operational initiatives across Nourish, from problem framing through execution and measurement. Responsibilities include designing operating models, improving systems, analyzing business metrics, identifying growth opportunities, developing recommendations, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver organizational priorities. The role may support corporate, growth, care, commercial, revenue, provider, or network strategy teams and requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Own and evolve Nourish's visual identity across marketing, product, and company touchpoints. Design campaigns, websites, motion, photography, environmental graphics, templates, and guidelines while partnering with product and external partners to raise visual craft.
