Manage a portfolio of wellness studio Partners across chat, email, and Zoom; resolve operational issues, proactively improve studio outcomes, visit studios 2–3 days weekly in Austin, act as a virtual studio manager when needed, and advocate partner feedback to Product and Engineering.

Lead end-to-end video production: conceptualize, shoot, direct, and edit brand and long-form content, event coverage, and founder/studio features. Build production workflows, asset libraries, and manage external freelancers while scaling social and paid creative.

Lead and manage a team of 6-10 AEs to exceed pipeline and revenue targets. Coach junior sellers via call reviews, deal coaching, role-plays, and training. Recruit and onboard reps, partner with SDRs and RevOps, build metrics and dashboards, design and iterate sales plays, and use AI (Claude) for analyses and enablement. Collaborate with Marketing, Success, and Product and contribute to sales strategy and forecasting.
