The Support Engineer assists IT professionals by providing technical support and guidance on Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft cloud technologies. Responsibilities include onboarding, issue resolution, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Serve as the final escalation point for complex Microsoft cloud and Windows desktop issues. Perform deep technical analysis, own escalated tickets from investigation through resolution, collaborate with Product and Engineering, mentor Tier 1/2 teams, produce RCAs and knowledge base articles, and drive problem management and continuous improvement.

Lead and scale Nerdio's Microsoft partner ecosystem to drive partner-sourced and Microsoft-influenced ARR growth. Build co-sell and marketplace motions, recruit and develop a high-performing ecosystem sales team, form executive Microsoft relationships, and establish repeatable partner-led demand generation and measurable ecosystem KPIs.

Lead and scale alliance partner marketing programs (primarily Microsoft) to drive joint pipeline and awareness. Manage webinars, co-branded assets, partner events, enablement content, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with demand gen, product marketing, alliances, and sales.

Work with sales teams and Microsoft partners to prospect, qualify, and create enterprise opportunities for Nerdios Microsoft cloud and end-user computing products. Use inbound/outbound outreach, CRM and engagement tools to meet quotas, communicate value, coordinate cross-functionally, and continuously build product and industry knowledge.

Lead creation of an AI-driven technical training org and modular content library for Nerdio products (AVD, Windows 365, Intune). Build customer and partner certification programs, align cross-functional stakeholders, measure training impact on revenue and support, embed content into product releases, and manage and coach a technical training team.

Work with global sales teams and Microsoft to identify and qualify AVD opportunities. Prospect inbound and outbound, use sales engagement tools and CRM, hit quarterly quotas, deliver product presentations, use partnership-selling to build pipeline, coordinate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery, and stay current on product and industry trends.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to create user-centered B2B SaaS interfaces. Produce wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, maintain UI component libraries and design systems, support accessibility and usability, participate in user research and testing, and use AI-assisted design tools to iterate on visual concepts.

Drive partner-led enterprise sales in Japan for Nerdio’s Microsoft DaaS solutions (AVD, Windows 365, Intune). Manage pipeline, coordinate partners and Microsoft co-sell activities, apply MEDDPICC, engage CXO stakeholders through channel motions, and support technical evaluations, forecasting, and market intelligence to accelerate adoption.

The Strategic Account Executive will develop partnerships with Microsoft and clients to drive AVD sales, manage sales pipelines, and provide market intelligence.
