Leads Precision Neuroscience’s brand and communications strategy, including PR, media relations, internal communications, executive messaging, content creation, agency management, and multimedia oversight. Partners with executive leadership and marketing to shape company positioning, translate complex BCI technology into accessible narratives, strengthen industry visibility, and grow the company’s social media and content presence.

Own and maintain critical MEMS fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum, and RF systems; equipment installation and modification; schematic interpretation; CMMS documentation; spare-parts validation; contamination control; and continuous improvement. The engineer will progressively assume ownership of assigned tools, improve reliability and uptime, refine maintenance procedures, and become an internal subject matter expert.

Manage month-end close tasks, maintain prepaid and fixed asset schedules, reconcile balance sheet accounts, prepare journal entries, process AP and employee expenses, support annual audit and tax filings, assist the Controller with financial analysis, and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Lead thin-film ceramic materials and MEMS process development for implantable neural interfaces, from feasibility to scale-up. Define deposition strategies, characterize film properties, integrate processes into MEMS flows, design DOEs/test structures, author technical documentation and IP, and recommend new materials and methods for biocompatible encapsulation.

Translate schematics into manufacturable multilayer PCB layouts for implantable electronics. Perform component placement and routing for analog, RF, high-speed, digital, and power. Generate fabrication and assembly outputs (Gerbers, ODB++, IPC-2581, drill, pick-and-place), coordinate DFM and vendor reviews, maintain PCB libraries and documentation, and manage board revisions and configuration control.
