Monitor and support a multi-cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, including Windows, Linux, and SQL Server systems. Lead and scale Litmos’s India engineering organization, including hiring, team development, engineering culture, global integration, delivery, and operational excellence. Drive software development processes, CI/CD, testing, incident management, technical governance, architecture decisions, and technical debt reduction. Partner with product and global engineering leaders to deliver roadmap commitments. Maintain technical credibility across C#/.NET, Azure, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and production Agentic AI systems.

Build and evolve Litmos’s platform using .NET, React, and SQL Server. Design microservices, APIs, and front-end components; improve scalability, reliability, observability, and maintainability. Own delivery from development through deployment, including Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with Product, UX, database teams, and globally distributed Agile engineers while using AI-assisted development workflows to support design, coding, documentation, and reviews.

Owns and modernizes Litmos’s Microsoft Azure environment, including infrastructure, networking, governance, security, cost optimization, and cloud-native migrations. Administers SQL Server and supports PostgreSQL, Synapse, and Azure AI Foundry platforms. Builds Infrastructure as Code with Bicep, automates operations using PowerShell and Python, improves CI/CD, strengthens observability and disaster recovery, and supports GDPR compliance across a distributed US/Australia team.

Own end-to-end security incident response during non-US hours, including alert triage, investigation, containment, remediation, root cause analysis, documentation, and escalation. Maintain SOC playbooks and runbooks, produce incident reports and metrics, improve tooling and automation, and coordinate handoffs with US-based security staff. Investigate events across SIEM, EDR, email, network, identity, and cloud platforms while serving as the primary security operations contact for India-based stakeholders.

Identify and qualify new business prospects, generate sales pipeline, conduct consultative discovery, develop proposals, deliver presentations, manage territory and pipeline, negotiate with executives, and close SaaS sales opportunities. The role requires strong prospecting, solution-selling, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, along with Salesforce proficiency and the ability to meet sales quotas.

Leads product vision, strategy, and roadmap development for the Litmos learning platform. Partners with engineering, design, QA, product operations, marketing, and customers to define requirements, prioritize features, establish success metrics, and deliver high-quality capabilities. Conducts market research, analyzes user feedback and data, supports go-to-market initiatives, and ensures platform features meet accessibility, mobile, learning-content, and industry-standard requirements.

Own customer marketing programs that drive product adoption, expansion, retention, and partner engagement. Segment customer data, develop lifecycle and expansion campaigns, support Customer Success, create partner communications, and measure engagement, adoption, pipeline, and retention outcomes. Use AI, CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms to personalize campaigns, analyze signals, and continuously improve program performance.
