The Founding Account Executive will establish Rillet’s UK go-to-market motion, build strategic relationships with CFOs and finance leaders, conduct personalized outreach, develop pipeline, and close complex SaaS deals. The role includes creating sales playbooks, testing messaging and channels, quantifying customer ROI, representing the product to accounting experts, and providing real-time feedback to founders and product teams. Candidates should have strong enterprise sales, communication, customer advocacy, and strategic problem-solving skills.

Support the sales cycle by addressing technical and accounting objections, understanding prospect requirements and technology stacks, configuring sandbox environments, and delivering tailored ERP demonstrations. Serve as a product and accounting expert, communicate customer feedback across Sales, Product, Engineering, and leadership, and guide sophisticated finance stakeholders through evaluations. Help establish and refine Rillet’s UK go-to-market motion.

Lead customer onboarding and deployment for an AI-native ERP, analyzing accounting workflows, translating requirements into solutions, coordinating data migration and integrations, and guiding training, change management, and adoption. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to manage implementation milestones, resolve risks, maintain documentation, and keep customers and stakeholders aligned through launch.

The Founding Business Development Representative will build and refine Rillet’s UK outbound sales motion, test messaging and channels, conduct personalised outreach, qualify prospects, and grow pipeline. The role involves engaging CFOs, finance leaders, and accounting teams, communicating Rillet’s ERP value proposition, running qualification calls, analysing outreach performance, and collaborating with GTM, Product, and leadership teams to establish the UK go-to-market foundation.

Own and improve recruiting systems, workflows, automations, integrations, data infrastructure, and documentation. Partner with recruiters to identify process friction, build solutions using recruiting tools and AI, improve data visibility, automate repetitive work, evaluate technology, and drive adoption. The role requires strong systems thinking, judgment, organization, hands-on building ability, and comfort operating quickly amid ambiguity.

The Design Engineer will drive product design from concept to delivery, enhancing Rillet's visual and interaction design, while collaborating with product teams and creating a cohesive design system.
