Own post-sale customer success for a portfolio of fleet and insurance accounts. Lead onboarding, platform configuration, integrations, user training, adoption, operational reviews, account health, retention, and expansion identification. Establish partnership programs, including deal registration, incentives, MDF, and reseller economics. Represent the company at partner events and customer meetings, with 25–40% travel.

Owns a foundational platform or cross-functional product area, setting strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable business outcomes. Partners closely with engineering, design, customers, and operational stakeholders to ship workflows and AI-enabled capabilities. The role requires synthesizing customer and data signals, prototyping solutions, mentoring junior product managers, improving product practices, and operating independently amid ambiguity. Candidates should bring strong product judgment, systems thinking, analytical ability, financial acumen, and extensive experience using AI tools.
