Own Caraway’s onsite experimentation program and digital product roadmap across e-commerce experiences, including product pages, cart, checkout, homepage, landing pages, and PLPs. Define requirements, prioritize work, manage delivery, oversee QA, and analyze A/B tests using statistical discipline. Lead personalization and segmentation initiatives, partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Growth, Analytics, and Merchandising, and connect experiment results to conversion, customer outcomes, and incremental revenue.

Lead end-to-end paid search strategy and execution to drive ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth. Manage campaign setup, bidding, budgets, product feeds, tracking pixels, and reporting. Design and run tests, analyze performance using analytics tools, and collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Growth teams to optimize DemandGen and paid social efforts.
