Lead end-to-end technical program management for software in hardware-integrated products. Lead the design of electrical enclosures and systems, manage engineers, and ensure project milestones through cross-functional collaboration.

Design and optimize electrical enclosures and cables for linear generators. Lead projects from requirements through prototyping, testing, and production release. Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, manufacturing, NPI, reliability, and suppliers to ensure manufacturability, safety, and system-level performance. Use CAD, simulation, and test feedback to iterate and deploy robust designs.

Serve as Mainspring's on-site quality liaison at a Monterrey contract manufacturer: enable inspection and test execution, approve FAI/FAT and control plans, coach local quality team, drive RCCA/CAPA, manage KPIs and document control, and partner on continual improvement to ensure volume production quality of linear generator assemblies.
