The Senior Productization Engineer leads the technical implementation of products, translating concepts into actionable plans, managing risks, and working across various engineering disciplines to ensure manufacturability and supportability of products.

Own design, modeling, and validation of complex laser-based optical subsystems for neutral-atom quantum computing. Integrate atom-addressing technologies (DMD, SLM, AOD, EOM), design atom-resolved detection with SPAD/EMCCD/sCMOS and photodetectors, perform hands-on alignment and characterization, develop high-fidelity Zemax models, collaborate cross-discipline, transition research setups to scalable hardware, and mentor optical engineers.

Lead development and execution of test strategies for an atomic clock pilot line. Design and deploy optical/electrical test benches, perform reliability and compliance testing, support board bring-up and debugging, build automated Python-based test platforms, analyze and visualize test data, and collaborate across firmware, hardware, and software teams using Git and Linux workflows.

Lead design, analysis, assembly and testing of free-space and fiber optical systems for quantum sensing and computing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into engineered solutions, optimize and tolerance optical designs using simulation tools, validate performance with structured test plans, and lead design reviews for complex, precisely aligned optical subsystems.

The Director of Product Marketing will lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the quantum computing portfolio, translating technical details into market stories and creating marketing assets for various stakeholders.

Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Azure and hybrid on-premises infrastructure. Manage Windows Server workloads, hybrid identity (Entra/AD), Azure networking, Azure SQL, Batch, backup, monitoring, automation (PowerShell), migrations, disaster recovery, and infrastructure documentation while partnering with IT leadership.

Lead and maintain the integrated project plan for delivery of a quantum computing platform. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, site readiness, installation, commissioning, acceptance, and stakeholder communications. Drive traceability, status reporting, and process improvements to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
