Leads Pinterest’s Greater China sales partner and agency business, owning strategy, revenue, retention, forecasting, coverage models, and advertiser growth. Builds and coaches teams, manages executive agency and reseller relationships, develops scalable processes and programs, analyzes performance data, and collaborates with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders. Represents Pinterest at industry events and promotes AI and digital marketing solutions. The role is based in Singapore and requires 30% travel.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Pinterest’s ads measurement products. Develop full-funnel measurement capabilities spanning attribution, incrementality, experimentation, brand lift, privacy, and customer-facing experiences. Partner with engineering, data science, analytics, research, design, sales, marketing, legal, and policy teams to launch scalable products that demonstrate Pinterest’s value to advertisers and creators. Define success metrics, evaluate adoption and quality, and use insights to guide future roadmap decisions.

Advise Pinterest product, engineering, advertising, and business teams on legal risks throughout product development. Counsel on privacy, digital advertising, generative AI, intellectual property, data use, and content acquisition. Negotiate strategic technology and commercial partnerships, interpret regulations including GDPR and CCPA, build scalable legal processes, and develop AI-enabled solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and drive cross-functional legal initiatives.

Reviews and approves insertion orders and annual agreements, ensuring accuracy, policy, legal, and revenue-recognition compliance. Supports month-end close, reconciliations, audits, SOX 404 controls, complex transaction inquiries, and order-management process improvements. Partners with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, IT, and other stakeholders to implement system enhancements, document workflows, and leverage AI to improve efficiency and scalability.

Leads Pinterest’s EMEA SMB Agency Scaled Account Management segment, owning revenue growth, retention, ARPA, forecasting, quota setting, and sales execution. Manages vendor operations, standardizes sales processes, oversees deal management, analyzes market and business trends, and drives performance against KPIs and OKRs. Partners with sales leaders and cross-functional teams while developing scaled growth strategies and supporting SMB advertisers. Leads and inspires large teams in a dynamic, data-driven commercial environment.

Lead sales strategy and operations for Pinterest’s North America Enterprise Sales team, focusing on revenue growth, sales productivity, operational efficiency, business analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution. Translate large datasets into actionable insights, present recommendations to senior leadership, manage strategic projects, and automate recurring sales workflows using AI tooling. Partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Measurement, and Client Solutions to scale processes and improve operating mechanisms.

Lead the technical direction and hands-on development of backend and platform systems supporting Pinterest’s AI-driven products, including assistant, visual editing, image generation, and LLM-based experiences. Architect scalable APIs, orchestration, storage, evaluation, observability, and safety systems; resolve complex latency, quality, and infrastructure challenges; establish shared tooling; drive cross-team technical alignment; improve operational excellence; and mentor engineers.

Develop and deploy responsible AI solutions that identify, measure, and mitigate bias across Pinterest’s large-scale machine learning applications, including generative AI, search, and recommendation systems. Collaborate with trust and safety, user modeling, content understanding, and engineering teams to adopt fairness tooling and practices. Mentor engineers, contribute to technical strategy, and bridge advanced research with product impact.

Lead and grow a portfolio of large advertiser accounts, provide strategic media and measurement guidance, optimize campaigns, advise on ad products and creative, build partner relationships, and drive revenue growth through data-driven insights and client collaboration.
