Manages enterprise customers post-implementation, driving procurement platform adoption, business outcomes, customer health, engagement, renewals, and loyalty. Advises stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and Compliance; provides technical enablement and support; translates customer needs into product solutions with engineering and product teams; trains customer product specialists; and improves Customer Success processes and assets.

Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and ERP/procurement platform implementations. Manage project teams, requirements, stakeholders, configuration, customer training, documentation, and data migration or management. Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer requests and product roadmap decisions. Improve post-sales processes and accelerate customer time to value while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Designs, standardizes, and maintains Jaggaer integration templates for scalable enterprise procurement implementations. Partners with Engineering, Product, Design, and account teams to architect customer solutions, support pre-sales, analyze data mappings, document best practices, troubleshoot integration issues, and build reusable integration assets across ERP ecosystems. The role requires hands-on API configuration, technical solution consulting, and expertise in Jaggaer procurement processes.

Leads Zip’s EMEA strategic enterprise sales team from the London office. Responsibilities include setting and executing sales strategy, managing large enterprise and C-level relationships, recruiting and coaching Sales Executives, forecasting pipeline, developing partner channels, and achieving new business and expansion targets. The role requires value-based selling expertise, operational excellence, sales performance optimization, and experience scaling teams in hyper-growth environments.

Leads EMEA commercial sales by building and managing Sales Executive teams, developing regional sales strategy, exceeding revenue targets, forecasting pipeline, and coaching high-performing talent. Partners with business development, solution consulting, marketing, executives, and external partners to expand markets and drive enterprise value-based sales. The role requires C-level relationship management, recruiting, performance optimization, and regular in-person work from a central London office.

Own post-sales strategy and operations for Customer Success, including customer segmentation, coverage models, reporting, renewal forecasting, operating cadences, and performance metrics. Partner with post-sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer experience improvements. Use SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools, and RevOps systems to analyze data, inform decisions, and execute high-impact initiatives.

Own onsite IT operations in the Toronto office, including identity lifecycle automation, corporate networks, endpoints, conference rooms, A/V systems, and high-touch Mac/Windows support. Build scripts and API integrations using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate onboarding, offboarding, help desk workflows, compliance monitoring, and threat remediation. Lead office technology deployments, maintain documentation, and partner with Workplace, People, and Information Security teams.

Implement and configure Zip integrations for enterprise customers across ERP, procurement, ticketing, CLM, and TPRM systems. Design integration architectures, validate API requirements, configure solutions using iPaaS tools, test and troubleshoot integrations, document technical solutions, provide project estimates and status updates, and transfer knowledge to customers. Collaborate with sales, solutions, product, and engineering teams to improve integration processes and customer outcomes.
