Own the networking vision and roadmap for k0rdent AI, defining underlay/overlay fabrics, RDMA, DNS/IPAM, network automation, and DPU/SmartNIC integration. Lead process automation and act as SME for marketplace metering and entitlement mechanics.

Own operational health and listing administration across Mirantis digital channels (AWS/Azure Marketplaces and Webstore). Manage private-offer workflows, coordinate onboarding/updates, drive Jira-based agile delivery, define UAT, produce BRDs and SOPs, build operational dashboards and map data flows into NetSuite ERP. Liaise with cloud partner teams and automate repetitive workflows with AI tools.

Own operational health and listing administration across Mirantis Webstore, AWS and Azure Marketplaces. Manage B2B private offer workflows, catalog updates, and NetSuite integrations. Drive Jira sprint delivery, UAT, BRDs/SOPs, dashboards (Looker/Snowflake/Sheets), and automation using AI tools. Liaise with Finance, Sales, and cloud partner teams for reconciliation, fulfillment, and launch readiness.

Manage day-to-day health of Mirantis commerce channels (Webstore, AWS/Azure Marketplaces), coordinate product onboarding and private offers, run project tracking and UAT, produce BRDs and data flow maps, build BI dashboards and reports, and drive AI-first workflow automation while partnering with Finance, Sales, and engineering stakeholders.
