Support daily logistics operations: monitor shipments, schedule pickups and deliveries, update client portals and tracking systems, provide real-time updates to teams, communicate with carriers, escalate issues, and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth shipment flow.

Procure and negotiate ocean freight rates for US import/export trades, maintain contracts and FMC filings, manage carrier escalations and invoice issues, implement corporate carrier strategy, and obtain intermodal rates as needed while producing data analysis and reports.
