Leads worldwide tax provision, consolidated U.S. federal tax compliance, international tax planning, audits, and tax strategy. Oversees ASC 740 reporting, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits, controls, process modernization, and executive communication. Partners with finance, legal, treasury, FP&A, auditors, and external advisors while developing the U.S. tax team and supporting acquisitions, restructurings, financing, and entity optimization.

Develops KPI reporting, evaluates infrastructure spending, supports pricing and packaging decisions, and translates product and roadmap investments into measurable business outcomes. Serves as a strategic finance partner to technical stakeholders across the organization.

Supports global treasury operations by preparing cash positions, forecasting liquidity, analyzing variances, executing payments, and administering bank accounts across multiple entities, currencies, and banking partners. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and external banks while contributing to cash management, bank rationalization, ERP, Workday, and treasury process improvement projects.

Provides advanced, customer-facing technical support for complex enterprise systems issues in a 24x7 environment. Troubleshoots virtualization, networking, storage, performance, and system failures; performs log analysis, failure recreation, and root-cause investigation. Communicates with customers and internal teams, tracks service calls, documents resolutions, improves support processes, mentors colleagues, and collaborates with engineering on design and reliability issues.

Develop and maintain Salesforce platform solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and core platform capabilities. Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow automation, integrations, reusable foundations, and managed-package extensions. Own requirements, development, testing, deployment, production support, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with architects, administrators, integration teams, and stakeholders while using Git, SFDX, CI/CD, and AI development tools. Contribute to design and code reviews and mentor newer engineers.

Designs, builds, and optimizes NFS and distributed storage systems. Diagnoses performance and reliability issues across kernel-space and user-space I/O, file systems, storage media, networking, and platform layers. Develops Python automation for observability, testing, debugging, and operations. Requires deep hands-on expertise with NFS, distributed file systems, object storage, Kubernetes, and high-performance technologies including NVMe, SSDs, RDMA, and high-speed networking.

Leads hands-on design, development, and optimization of AI data movement and distributed storage systems. Responsibilities include integrating NVIDIA NIXL and DDN Infinia with GPU inference platforms, optimizing GPU-to-storage I/O using GPUDirect Storage, RDMA, and NVMe-over-Fabrics, developing KV cache and multi-tier storage strategies, benchmarking production systems, resolving performance bottlenecks, influencing distributed inference architecture, and mentoring engineers.

Own the global people and organizational agenda for the Go-to-Market organization. Partner with senior executives on organization design, workforce planning, talent strategy, performance management, employee relations, succession, leadership effectiveness, and global People programs. Coach leaders, resolve complex talent matters, connect regional People teams, and translate business strategy into actionable organizational plans and execution.

Designs scalable AI, machine learning, data, and HPC architectures for customers. Serves as a technical advisor, leads presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, workshops, partner enablement, and training throughout the sales cycle. Collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing, cloud providers, OEMs, integrators, and hyperscalers to address customer challenges involving performance, latency, scalability, infrastructure optimization, and operational efficiency.
