Manage multiple action-figure product development projects from concept through production, coordinating schedules, costs, quality, and cross-functional teams worldwide. Partner with design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, tooling, and overseas development teams to troubleshoot production samples, optimize materials and features, estimate costs, and meet margin and quality targets. Collaborates with design, product management, operations, and new product development teams to meet cost, schedule, safety, quality, and regulatory objectives. Contributes to value engineering, advanced product quality planning, corrective actions, and routine product-development engineering activities.

Supports sales and growth-channel planning through demand forecasting, inventory projections, order recommendations, POS analysis, and fulfillment planning. Analyzes sales trends, seasonality, promotions, pricing, distribution, and large datasets to improve forecast accuracy. Presents findings in consensus forecasting and S&OP meetings, collaborates with sales and customer planning teams, recommends action plans, produces reporting, and drives process improvements.

Provides hands-on technical oversight and publishing support for multiple mobile free-to-play games developed by external studios. Acts as the technical liaison with third-party developers, evaluates designs and partner capabilities, mitigates risks, supports platform and service integration, and resolves complex engineering issues. Collaborates with production, design, art, LiveOps, and QA teams while overseeing performance, backend scalability, analytics, experimentation, reporting, and delivery through launch and live operations.

Owns governance, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise CMDB, hardware asset management, and related software asset processes. Responsibilities include defining data models and standards, managing asset lifecycles, ensuring data quality and license compliance, tracking KPIs, coordinating ServiceNow enhancements and automation, remediating audit findings, supporting SOX and NIST audits, and conducting data certifications and physical inventory audits.

Supports CMDB and Hardware Asset Management processes in an enterprise ITIL environment. Responsibilities include maintaining configuration and asset data accuracy, managing hardware lifecycles, monitoring KPIs, resolving data and compliance gaps, supporting audits, aligning ITSM processes, enhancing ServiceNow discovery and reporting, and maintaining process documentation and governance.
