Lead creative development and execution of adult and four-quadrant animated TV and digital projects. Serve as primary creative executive on select shows, guide story development with writers and studios, provide editorial feedback across production stages, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple productions, mentor junior staff, and contribute to franchise planning and greenlight decisions.

Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns (primarily email) for DTC ecommerce: build Klaviyo campaigns and flows, execute QA, run tests, analyze data, and coordinate with merchandising, creative, and brand teams to deliver on business objectives.

Design, develop, customize and implement Oracle ERP solutions (EBS/Fusion/NetSuite). Build integrations, custom forms/reports, middleware components, and support data migration, testing, performance tuning and post-go-live support while collaborating with functional teams and stakeholders.

Create and deliver internal IT communications and training for global stakeholders. Design eLearning, videos, and job aids using AI multimedia tools. Coordinate project plans, align global rollouts, track training effectiveness, and manage offshore teams during US EST collaboration.
