Manage onboarding for newly signed clients, including project overviews, recurring stakeholder calls, live remote trainings, and product engagement evaluation. Own product vision and delivery for a clinical research software platform. Responsibilities include leading Scrum processes, managing and prioritizing backlogs, coordinating releases and projects, facilitating stakeholder communication, optimizing sprint delivery, and aligning engineering teams and business stakeholders around product value. The role requires software product ownership experience, Agile and SAFe knowledge, technical and business judgment, strong communication, and familiarity with Jira and GitHub. Clinical data and eClinical workflow experience are preferred.

Identify and qualify leads across Australia and Southeast Asia, conduct product demonstrations, manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, forecast opportunities, and close deals. Build relationships with clinical research sites, sponsors, CROs, and academic institutions while meeting sales targets. Maintain CRM records, monitor market and competitor trends, collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams, and execute strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Identify and qualify leads via calls, email, and social media; research prospect needs; communicate product value; book demos; manage CRM; meet sales-qualified lead and demo targets; collaborate on campaigns; stay current on industry trends; and continuously develop sales skills.

Lead day-to-day operations for multiple engineering teams, drive sprint planning and quarterly roadmaps, remove blockers, improve delivery processes, coach and develop engineers, review technical and architectural decisions, coordinate cross-team dependencies, partner with product and design, and track engineering metrics to continuously improve quality and throughput.
