Provide Level 2 support for the Civica Education Suite: investigate and troubleshoot complex application issues, run SQL queries for data validation, review logs and background jobs, handle SLA-driven cases, liaise with Level 3 Support, Product, Engineering and Technical Operations, and assist with integrations, finance modules, and reporting-related issues.

Lead transformation of APAC LiveOps into a modern SRE and CloudOps capability. Define operating model, improve reliability, observability, incident response, automation and infrastructure as code. Partner with Product, Platform, Security and regional teams to reduce downtime, increase resilience and embed SRE practices across the region while building and coaching high-performing teams.

Translate global product marketing strategy into APAC execution. Develop regional value propositions, messaging, GTM plans, and sales enablement. Lead product launches, drive pipeline, conversion and sales velocity, partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing, and build customer advocacy and evidence programs to improve commercial outcomes across multiple APAC markets.

Lead end-to-end recruitment across APAC for complex technology roles. Partner with hiring managers and HR to build pipelines, source passive candidates, manage multiple vacancies, run structured screening, and embed recruitment best practices using ATS and recruitment technologies to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes and strong candidate/hiring manager experiences.

Provide in-house legal advice on commercial, technology, licensing, IP and data protection matters; draft and negotiate contracts; support compliance, incident management, procurement, governance and M&A; partner with stakeholders across UK, Australia and India.

Lead architectural direction and engineering practices across a React/Golang platform consolidation. Drive cross-team alignment, mentor engineers, unblock delivery, prototype solutions, and ensure modular, operable systems.
