Negotiate and manage business/enterprise telecommunications and other service agreements for multifamily clients. Review client surveys and existing contracts, identify vendor proposal opportunities, prepare financial proposal summaries, proof contracts, and manage a high volume of projects remotely. Occasional travel (~5%) to vendor and staff meetings.

Manage and grow multifamily client accounts by building C-suite and director-level relationships, positioning Choice as a trusted advisor, closing proposals, renewing agreements, launching new clients, and selling expanded services. Work remotely from a dedicated home office and travel 10%-20% to support client needs.
