Provide legal advice to global digital and technology teams on contracts, compliance, AI, data and software matters. Draft and negotiate outsourcing, licensing, hosting, marketing and development agreements, supervise junior lawyers, develop legal policies, and deliver training. Support multi-jurisdictional issues and collaborate with external counsel as needed.
