Build and lead Carbon Clean's FP&A function: design a 6–12 month transformation roadmap, implement budget, rolling forecast and long-term planning models, improve forecasting discipline and management reporting, provide finance business partnering to senior leaders and Board reporting, support corporate development inputs, operate initially as an individual contributor and define future FP&A structure while working across global stakeholders.

Maintain accurate books and support ERP improvements; complete month-end controls, fixed assets, intercompany, accruals, and cash management; manage tax compliance (TDS/GST), statutory reporting and audits; administer receivables/payables and banking; support Finance Controller and stakeholder communications; drive process improvements and ad-hoc projects.

The R&D Lab Engineer will develop standard operating procedures, plan experiments for CO2 capture, and manage laboratory operations and equipment.
