Sell physician recruitment services to hospitals and healthcare employers across a 2-5 state territory. Prospect, schedule webinars and face-to-face meetings, present solutions, close contracts, build relationships with hospital executives and administrators, maintain territory organization, and travel regionally (~5 days/month).

Manage a portfolio of customers to deliver successful campaigns, build and maintain strong client relationships, generate revenue (up to £500k portfolio target), develop account plans, analyse campaign performance, and coordinate internal teams to ensure excellent service and campaign delivery.
