Own and deliver commercial data products end-to-end: gather client insights, define requirements and user stories, prioritise backlog, work with data engineering/analysis to build, support UAT, and evangelise features to stakeholders to meet commercial objectives.

Manage and process incentive payments accurately and compliantly, maintain trackers and audit trails, resolve payment issues, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, monitor KPIs, support special payment arrangements, respond to incentive queries within SLAs, and improve operational processes using system tools and automation.
