Reviews and accepts agency applications, maintains partner agency records, updates commissions, products, authorities, and organizational information, and supports state appointments and compliance with laws and guidelines. Partners with actuarial, sales, legal, product, operations, and underwriting teams while monitoring market, regulatory, and competitive developments.

Supports multiple attorneys in defending workers’ compensation cases by researching legal sources, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and appeals. Assists with trial preparation, including exhibits, subpoenas, trial notebooks, and witness coordination. Communicates with clients, witnesses, courts, adversaries, and internal teams while managing confidential information, deadlines, multiple priorities, and data integrity.

Establishes and operates centralized governance for capital projects and IT capacity. Owns business case intake, evaluation, challenge, portfolio tracking, executive reporting, and integration with annual planning and budgeting. Facilitates cross-functional decision-making, synthesizes financial and delivery data, tracks benefits and variances, and escalates risks. Partners with senior business, finance, IT, and operations leaders to prioritize investments and improve governance processes.

Reviews and resolves moderate to complex premium audit disputes for Workers’ Compensation and General Liability policies. Analyzes audit reports, financial records, classifications, policy language, and regulatory requirements to validate premium determinations. Investigates discrepancies, documents decisions, communicates findings, collaborates with underwriting, billing, auditors, and external stakeholders, and recommends process improvements. Ensures compliance, supports quality reviews, and serves as a subject-matter resource on premium audit matters.

Manage consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under US GAAP for a multinational insurance platform. Lead technical accounting research, policy development, footnote disclosures, audit coordination, reporting calendars, intercompany processes, and statutory reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Support ERP implementation, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other finance initiatives while helping build the company’s consolidated reporting and technical accounting functions.

Develop and maintain pricing and predictive models for credit insurance products. Analyze claims, loss ratios, portfolio performance, profitability, credit risk, and economic scenarios. Recommend pricing actions, support forecasting and reserves, evaluate underwriting strategies, and partner with underwriting, finance, claims, data science, and technology teams. Ensure model governance, documentation, and actuarial standards compliance.

Examines title orders and public records to determine ownership, insurability, title defects, exceptions, and associated risks. Prepares title commitments and policies using title software, develops curative measures, communicates requirements to customers and managers, and supports timely closings. Maintains files, uploads executed policies, provides customer service, and completes administrative duties while meeting production and quality standards.

Supports the Litigation Department by managing e-discovery processes, responding to subpoenas and discovery requests, reviewing and producing documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and corporate due diligence. Communicates with internal and external stakeholders, maintains data integrity, handles confidential information, and manages multiple deadlines.

Leads North American revenue growth for warranty administration and extended-service contract solutions. Owns enterprise sales cycles with automotive and mobility OEMs, including prospecting, RFP strategy, pricing, negotiations, forecasting, and contract closure. Builds executive relationships, develops account-based strategies, partners with internal teams on profitable proposals, and represents the company at industry events. Requires deep automotive warranty expertise, proven multimillion-dollar deal success, and extensive travel across North America.
