Supports SEC filings and securities offering materials, prepares Oracle-based management and financial reports, assists with accounting inquiries and audit requests, and streamlines the financial close through Oracle automation. Responsibilities also include general ledger procedures for acquired companies, automated elimination entries, and collaboration with the SEC reporting director, CFO, auditors, and finance teams.

Manages New Jersey workers’ compensation cases from inception through resolution while representing employers and carriers in administrative hearings. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, witness and evidence presentation, defense strategy development, client communication, case management, claims department training, and related projects. The role requires independent litigation judgment and collaboration with judges, claims professionals, witnesses, opposing counsel, and clients.

Supervises investment accounting operations, monthly and quarterly financial closes, GAAP and statutory reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, footnote disclosures, and accounting system processes. Provides guidance to staff accountants, resolves Clearwater and ERP issues, supports process automation and implementations, researches technical accounting matters, and prepares analyses for financial reporting, FP&A, rating agencies, and regulatory surveys.

Leads a team handling commercial general liability claims across multiple jurisdictions. Develops creative concepts, maintains brand standards and digital asset libraries, coordinates with vendors, and manages projects within deadlines and budgets. Requires strong visual design, typography, branding, communication, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.

Leads a major claims and operations product domain, managing complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery and adoption. Develops business requirements, analyzes workflows, drives system enhancements, refines operating models, and implements continuous improvements. Owns change management, stakeholder enablement, training, and rollout planning while presenting to senior leadership and mentoring organizational resources.
