Work directly with auto repair shop owners and their teams to increase AutoLeap adoption. Manage integrated payments registrations, customer and vendor communications, incentive delivery, and support phone line inquiries involving product and billing questions. Track next actions, manage a large customer book of business, and contribute to Customer Success projects while working North American business hours.

Implement and onboard automotive repair shop customers onto AutoLeap’s SaaS platform. Train owners and teams, manage customer relationships and implementation outcomes, provide occasional on-site support, gather product feedback, and collaborate internally to improve implementation processes.

The SEO Lead will coordinate SEO and website optimization for North American repair shops. Responsibilities include keyword research, technical SEO, content strategy, link-building, website issue resolution, search performance analysis, and ranking improvement. The role requires expertise in SaaS/B2B SEO, site architecture, crawling, indexing, analytics, and AI SEO, along with strong communication, analytical, and ownership skills.

Leads PPC and SEO delivery across a large portfolio of client accounts, managing team workload, performance, goals, reporting, client touchpoints, and cross-functional coordination. Builds accountable, high-performing teams while improving workflows, automation, and AI-enabled processes. Owns account growth, client satisfaction, retention, and scalable reporting, remaining hands-on in both PPC and SEO strategy and execution.

Drive enterprise sales strategy for AutoLeap's shop management SaaS by building executive relationships, prospecting, solution selling, negotiating and closing large complex deals, collaborating cross-functionally, and maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasts to meet growth targets.

Identify and prospect new auto repair shop clients via outbound outreach, build relationships with decision-makers, manage personal pipeline through to booked demos, and help refine sales processes and best practices.
