Build and manage cloud infrastructure for customers using the DuploCloud platform. Responsibilities include containerizing applications, deploying Kubernetes or ECS environments, implementing logging, monitoring, alerting, cloud security, and compliance controls, and supporting SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, and HITRUST audits. The role involves customer onboarding, infrastructure transformation, troubleshooting, technical guidance, direct customer communication, and rotating weekend and holiday on-call coverage.

Own strategic technical customer relationships, lead complex deployments and cross-functional initiatives, drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion, and coordinate technical and business stakeholders. Identify risks, resolve blockers, create execution plans, and communicate with engineers, executives, and internal teams. The role requires strong program management, commercial judgment, customer relationship skills, and technical fluency in cloud infrastructure and modern software development environments.

Own full Order-to-Cash cycle: customer setup, contract review, invoicing, payment processing, cash application, and collections. Manage AWS/GCP Marketplace invoicing and reconciliations, oversee sales tax calculations/filings via Anrok, support month-end close tasks (bad debt reserves, reconciliations, aging analysis), and lead cross-functional AR process improvements and customer communications to resolve billing issues.

Own and maintain corporate financial models, lead forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, and track core SaaS KPIs (ARR, NRR, churn, LTV, CAC). Produce executive and board reporting, support commissions planning and reconciliations, partner cross-functionally to optimize hiring and spending, and drive process improvements to scale the business.
