Senior Product Marketing Manager for Kimchi, an agentic AI workload platform. Owns customer research, ICP development, positioning, messaging, GTM experiments, feature launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and commercial hypotheses. Partners closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Demand Generation, and Sales Enablement in a remote-first global environment. Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Cast AI’s cloud infrastructure automation platform in France. Responsibilities include outbound pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, value discovery, technical and business demonstrations, account mapping, tailored proposals, negotiation, closing, and coordinating value delivery with implementation teams. The role requires enterprise cloud SaaS sales experience, MEDDIC expertise, consistent outbound prospecting, and familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud, and DevOps technologies.

Own and execute paid media, AI visibility (GEO/AEO), and performance partnerships across Cast AI and Kimchi. Build systems for AI-driven bidding, full-funnel tracking, attribution, experimentation, and ROI-driven budget management to scale measurable pipeline growth.

Design, implement, test, and operate the Kimchi AI inference and agent platforms end-to-end. Build scalable inference APIs, distributed datastores, billing/metering, harnesses, and secure agent fleets. Diagnose performance issues, optimize latency and databases, ensure observability and CI/CD, and collaborate with product and users to ship features rapidly.

Serve as the technical lead for Kimchi sales across EMEA. Run enterprise proofs of concept, integrate coding-agent workflows, configure inference gateways, benchmark accuracy and cost, and guide security, data residency, and architecture reviews. Translate technical and business value for engineering leaders, troubleshoot integrations live, convert evaluations into signed business, support account executives, provide product feedback, and represent the company at regional events.

Support sales teams with technical expertise, demonstrate cloud and AI infrastructure products, tailor presentations, assess client needs, propose solutions, and collaborate on technical customizations. The role also involves monitoring market trends, representing the company at conferences and trade shows, building client relationships, and helping customers understand the value of Kubernetes and cloud automation technology.

As a Product Manager, you'll drive the cloud-native platform forward by gathering user insights, shaping roadmaps, and leading teams to deliver impactful products in a Kubernetes environment.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales across Korea, from outbound pipeline generation through negotiation and close. Sell CAST AI’s cloud infrastructure automation platform to complex buying committees across engineering, DevOps, FinOps, finance, and procurement. Build executive business cases, conduct technical discovery, manage multi-threaded deals, maintain accurate CRM forecasts, develop hyperscaler and SI partnerships, and help shape Korea’s go-to-market strategy.

Owns Cast AI’s commercial contracting function, negotiating sales, renewal, SaaS, vendor, reseller, partnership, NDA, SLA, EULA, and subscription agreements. Leads contracting process standardization for a growing multi-product business, advises on privacy, intellectual property, governance, and compliance, coordinates commercial disputes with external counsel, and supervises APAC legal resources. Partners closely with sales, customer success, deal desk, billing, support, and compliance teams.
