Plan, pitch, and produce 20+ live events yearly from concept through execution. Manage speaker bookings, vendor contracts, production logistics, run-of-show, AV assets, on-site coordination, budgets, and promotions while collaborating with editorial, production, marketing, and front-of-house teams. Work evenings and weekends as needed to deliver inclusive, community-focused public media programming.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of audio-driven fundraising and third-party programs. Plan and produce radio pledge drives, develop year-round membership promotion calendar for radio and TV, coordinate cross-channel campaigns, manage vendors and staff scheduling, and analyze campaign performance to optimize donor acquisition and revenue. Maintain timelines, dashboards, CRM records, and reporting for leadership while supporting major gift fundraising, volunteer engagement, and campaign communications.

Develop and manage a portfolio of up to 150 major donors ($10,000+), conduct 10–12 donor visits monthly, cultivate and solicit gifts (annual, endowment, and campaign), steward relationships, leverage board and volunteers, create business plans and forecasts, and support executive leadership in fundraising.

Lead post production engineer and systems administrator for on-site TV workflows. Manage and support Avid/Adobe systems, Telestream Vantage/Diva, LTO archive, NRCS/MOS integrations, ingest/playout, and train editors/producers while contributing editorially as needed.
