Advises the Chief Revenue Officer, manages and develops high-performing teams, and collaborates with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, HR, and Professional Services. Responsibilities include optimizing data systems, KPIs, dashboards, pricing and revenue models, deal desk, order operations, sales analytics, and channel operations.

Develops and executes EMEA partner marketing strategy across distributors, resellers, and systems integrators. Responsibilities include partner enablement, portal management, regional and co-branded campaigns, lead generation, events, webinars, brand governance, MDF management, performance measurement, ROI reporting, and pipeline optimization. Serves as the marketing liaison among Channel, Sales, and Field Marketing teams and manages the partner newsletter.

Delivers onsite cybersecurity professional services by deploying, integrating, migrating, configuring, tuning, and operating Trellix endpoint and network security solutions. Develops technical designs, deployment and test plans, SOPs, playbooks, documentation, and customer briefings. Troubleshoots systems, reviews logs, analyzes operational data, monitors system health, supports certification and authorization processes, and advises customers on cyber defense, threat identification, mitigation, and response.

Provide global HR and People Services support through live chat and JIRA tickets, meeting SLAs and resolving employee queries. Process Workday transactions, onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll inputs, personnel records, and offboarding accurately and compliantly. Maintain HR documentation and knowledge resources, support self-service, collaborate with Talent Acquisition and stakeholders, and participate in process-improvement initiatives and HR projects.

Provides onsite cybersecurity engineering and professional services for enterprise endpoint security systems. Responsibilities include deploying, integrating, configuring, tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and sustaining Trellix EDR technologies. The consultant develops technical plans, engineering artifacts, test plans, SOPs, and playbooks; supports certification and authorization activities; analyzes incidents and operational data; resolves technical issues; and advises customers and stakeholders on cyber defense solutions.

The Deal Partner facilitates the review and approval of customer deals, ensuring compliance and effective structuring while providing high-level support to the sales, legal, and finance teams.

Supports regional and global revenue enablement programs, including onboarding, certifications, workshops, webinars, and sales meetings. Manages program coordination, calendars, communications, content repositories, learning pathways, LMS and Zoom administration, and enablement assets. Pulls and analyzes participation and feedback data, identifies adoption and content gaps, and recommends process and program improvements. Partners with enablement leads, marketing, revenue operations, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders across regions.
