Lead revenue operations including state and third-party contracts, billing, collections, compliance, and revenue reporting. Manage and develop a revenue team, partner with program and finance leaders on budgets, audits, and UFR compliance, and implement process improvements to ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial sustainability for nonprofit programs across Massachusetts.
