Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned customers, leading onboarding, enablement, demonstrations, workshops, QBRs, and platform deployments. Guide cybersecurity platform adoption, configure integrations, address technical risks, resolve customer issues, and provide threat-informed recommendations. Partner with Customer Success, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Support teams to improve customer outcomes, support renewals and growth, and relay customer feedback.

Conduct takedown operations against phishing websites, malicious domains, IP addresses, fraudulent social media accounts, and other digital threats. Analyze threat artifacts, coordinate with registrars, hosting providers, clients, law enforcement, and internal teams, document evidence and outcomes, report effectiveness, improve workflows, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of customers after onboarding. Lead enablement sessions, demonstrations, workshops, QBRs, integrations, and deployment support. Guide cybersecurity platform adoption, monitor usage, resolve technical issues, identify risks, and recommend best practices. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Support teams to support renewals, growth, and customer satisfaction. Research regional cyber threats and provide relevant recommendations. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.

The Revenue Operations Manager will build and scale global RevOps, optimizing sales, customer success, marketing, and partner processes. Responsibilities include GTM planning, forecasting, pipeline visibility, territory management, CRM governance, automation, executive dashboards, revenue analytics, customer lifecycle reporting, and technology management. The role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve sales productivity, CRM adoption, retention reporting, process standardization, and predictable revenue growth.
