Design, implement, automate, and sustain secure enterprise cloud solutions across AWS and Azure. Support migrations, IaC, CI/CD, Tier-3 troubleshooting, cloud security/compliance (DoD/Federal), monitoring, and provide technical leadership and documentation for operations and maintenance.

Manage JCS's portfolio of IDIQ, GWAC, MAC, and BPA vehicles from award through closeout. Own vehicle administration, funding/ceiling monitoring, option exercises, and reporting. Drive task order pipeline, coordinate compliant proposals with Capture, Pricing, and Contracts, and hand off awarded orders to delivery. Ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, manage teaming/subcontractor agreements, produce vehicle health reporting, and advise leadership on vehicle strategy and prioritization.
