Leads the end-to-end federal proposal lifecycle, including RFPs, RFQs, task orders, IDIQs, GWACs, and BPAs. Provide cyber intelligence planning and coordination to support CISA operations: develop plans, synchronize collection and targeting, integrate IC and private-sector intelligence, respond to RFIs, produce briefings and annexes, support classification reviews, and ensure compliance with DHS/CISA policies to inform cyber defense and contingency operations.

Responsibilities include configuring Cisco and Aruba VPNs and routing, Palo Alto firewalls and IDS/IPS, Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass access controls, PKI and secure NTP, and preparing CSfC compliance and registration artifacts. The role requires extensive DoD network engineering experience, active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, relevant certifications, and expertise in CNSA, cryptography, and network security technologies.

Architects and maintains CSfC infrastructure, PKI, HSMs, virtualized compute and storage, hardened Windows and RHEL platforms, logging, backup, and disaster recovery systems. Designs and advances secure, scalable on-premises and cloud infrastructure for DTRA’s digital modernization program. Identifies service gaps, evaluates emerging technologies, conducts feasibility and alternatives analyses, oversees proofs of concept, and develops project plans addressing technical approach, cost, schedule, and risk. The architect collaborates with government and contractor stakeholders, maintains architecture artifacts, supports application migrations, and ensures implementation aligns with approved modernization objectives.

Monitor security alerts, SIEM events, endpoint activity, and vulnerability results; investigate incidents and vulnerabilities; administer cybersecurity tools; track remediation; support patching, hardening, assessments, audits, compliance, and ATO activities.
