Lead and enhance the Group Financial Crime Compliance programme, developing policies, BRAs, risk registers, client screening tools, training, regulatory horizon scanning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure strong global anti-financial crime controls and adherence to evolving laws and best practices.

Manage client onboarding, entity and investor setups, data migration, reconciliations, and implementation operations for medium-to-high complexity fund entities. Handle stakeholder communication, issue resolution, documentation, quality reviews, timeline monitoring, and ensure compliance with security, data protection, and operational standards.

Manage a Regulatory Reporting team to ensure accurate, timely regulatory deliverables. Oversee KPIs, resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, process improvements, compliance controls, escalation management, and staff development to strengthen scalability and governance.

Lead corporate secretarial functions for a portfolio of fund structures: coordinate board/committee meetings, prepare board packs and minutes, manage complex transactions (refinancing, amendments, share issuances, distributions), maintain AML/CFT and regulatory compliance, oversee entity lifecycle and statutory filings, manage billing and fee issues, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Lead strategic relationships with Tier-1 & 2 private equity clients, drive account growth and retention, oversee SLA/KPI compliance and legal documentation, manage escalations, profitability remediation, and identify new service opportunities to expand the portfolio.

Manage accounting and financial reporting for management company entities, lead monthly close, oversee AP/AR and expense allocations, liaise with auditors and tax advisors, reconcile cash flows, support client onboarding, and develop internal financial controls and process improvements.
