Publish structured operational communications across M365, Viva, Outlook, Teams and Partner Connect. Ensure Asana is the system of record, drive stakeholder follow-up, use AI to summarise updates and improve workflows, and support governance forums to provide decision-ready updates and enforce operational discipline.

Lead global AI-first demand generation: build strategy, run account-based outbound and intent-driven campaigns, coach and enable field teams, optimize pipeline and processes, and use data/AI tools to drive measurable pipeline growth across asset-intensive industries.

Lead the Base Technologies subdomain owning strategy, architecture, and delivery for messaging/event-streaming platforms. Build self-service, GitOps-driven capabilities on Kubernetes/AKS, ensure operational excellence, observability, and adoption metrics, mentor engineers, and evaluate new shared capabilities like API gateways and workflows.

Lead global go-to-market strategy for the IFS Sustainability portfolio: create repeatable GTM motions, develop sales plays, drive pipeline growth, support strategic deals, align Sales/Marketing/Product/Customer Success/Partners, and measure commercial performance to increase adoption and win rates.
