Owns the design, availability, performance, security, compliance, automation, and support of enterprise Oracle database platforms in IFS cloud and federal environments. Administers Oracle 19c+, RAC, Exadata, Data Guard, GoldenGate, backups, recovery, monitoring, patching, and performance tuning. Ensures FedRAMP and NIST compliance through hardening, audit evidence, vulnerability remediation, incident response, and continuous monitoring. Develops Bash automation, supports disaster recovery, collaborates across technical teams, and provides escalation support, training, and documentation.

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure enterprise software using Go, distributed systems, Domain-Driven Design, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native technologies. Build production AI-native applications incorporating LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows. Partner with Product and Design, solve complex customer problems, mentor engineers, lead technical initiatives, and promote engineering excellence, observability, testing, security, and operational readiness.

Lead operational readiness and implementation of IFS Cloud products in the IFS-NEC shared tenant. Design scalable, secure, cost-optimized cloud solutions using automation and AI, manage migrations, mentor teams, handle escalations, collaborate with NEC and regional teams, and ensure regulatory and operational compliance for services in Japan.

Hunt and close net-new enterprise AI deals ($500k+ ACV). Build pipeline in target strategic accounts, lead consultative value-based discussions with executives, position IFS AI solutions, and collaborate with regional sales and solution teams to drive recurring revenue.

Design and validate AI-driven ERP/EAM solutions by mapping detailed business processes to IFS capabilities (Loops, digital workers, agentic AI). Engage customers, product, engineering, and sales to identify opportunities, assess feasibility, and enable successful delivery and adoption of advanced ERP/EAM features.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise software with a DevOps mindset. Apply AI-assisted development, ensure security and performance, write and review clean code, troubleshoot issues, contribute to architecture and testing, mentor team members, and engage stakeholders to support continuous delivery and quality.

Analyzes product portfolios to support prioritization, investment, sequencing, ROI, and strategy decisions. Builds predictive models, scenario analyses, self-service insights, AI agents, data products, and automated workflows to reduce operational friction across Product Management. Performs root-cause analysis, develops scalable processes and operating models, and enables teams to make better decisions independently. Partners with product leadership and engineering while driving adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
